Nucleus DRPIN.DAT Parser

To download, right-click each item and select Save Target As...  (Ignore the warnings, but scan the file with NAV to be compliant with HSME immediately after download.  I do certify it to be virus free, but you should always check downloaded files yourself.)

DrpinParser - Opens any Nucleus export file (DRPIN.DAT) file and creates a DRPIN.OUT file for viewing in readable format.  Extract the executable to your tools disk or your desktop.  [View screen shot]

Scanner Test (New!)

ScannerTest.zip - Small test application reveals detailed information about your scanner in addition to testing the configuration settings.  Useful if you are having difficultly with scanner setup within Riedu or if you jest want to experiment with various barcode types.  (Screen shot not yet available.)  Beta version - only com1-com4 available.  More port selections needed!

Current version of Riedu - 4.8.4.0

Instructions:

1. Extract the files to a CD-R or Iomega Zip-disk.
2. Launch Setup from CD-R or Iomega Zip-disk.

Instructions:

1. Extract each file to a diskette.
2. Launch Setup from disk #1.
3. Insert 2, 3, 4 as prompted.

Update zip file:  

Riedu4Upgrade.zip

Instructions:

1. Copy zip-file to diskette
2. Extract to C:\Program Files\Cycon Systems\ or C:\Nuclink\ depending on your installation location.
3. Select Overwrite when prompted.  (No overwrite prompt may indicate you have selected the wrong location, so check your work.
4. Run Riedu and check that the new version was upgraded correctly.  About will tell you the current version.

Fixes:

Problem - After upgrade, backup and restore quits working.

Cause - Older DLL files are not compatable with new Riedu zip engine.

Solution - Download the following two (2) DLL files and replace current version with new version.
              (Suggestion - Use [Search] or [Find] to locate old versions.  It should be in folder  C:\Windows\System\ )
